TICF Donates $5,000 To
the North Texas Food Bank

In May, TICF donated $5,000 to the North Texas Food Bank. The donation helps support those in need, especially members of the Dallas-Fort Worth community affected by Covid-19. TICF’s donation provides 15,000 meals for families in need.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic started earlier this year, the North Texas Food Bank has been integral in supporting families during these difficult times. With an increase in families needing nutrition & food assistance, the North Texas Food Bank adapted to mobile food pantries to help distribute items to more families.

To celebrate the donation to the North Texas Food Bank, TICF associates participated by submitting Support Selfies. The selfies (pictured below) highlight nine of our associates showcasing their support.

The donation was coordinated by members of our Special Occasions Committee (SOC). The SOC team focuses on fostering an inclusive work culture and making TICF a great place to work.

Giving back to the communities in which our TICF team lives and works is an integral part of our company culture. Toyota’s founding principle – the reason we exist – is to contribute to society.
