Congratulations to April Babin, Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, for being named Toyota Industries Commercial Finance’s (TICF) FY2025 Beyond the Transaction Associate of the Year.
April joined TICF as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in 2019. During her time at TICF, she’s been promoted twice – first in 2021 to Accounts Receivable Analyst and most recently in 2023 to Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst. April demonstrates a commitment to excellence through dedication to her work and understanding its impact on the overall business. Her ability to elevate team dynamics and drive process improvements sets her apart as a truly remarkable Associate.
April’s strong leadership capabilities allow her to proactively identify challenges and leads teams to address them head-on. One of her nominators noted that through adversity, April finds a way to adjust and overcome challenges, sharing that “her attitude during these difficult discussions was refreshing. She reminded us that we must find a way forward, no matter the obstacles.”
In addition, her colleagues praise April’s spirit of collaboration. She works effectively with different departments, fostering a supportive environment that encourages problem-solving. Her readiness to share knowledge and offer assistance ensures that everyone feels connected and informed, especially during times of significant organizational change.

Her willingness to adapt and improve workflows not only benefits her department but also contributes to the company’s success as a whole.
