The Strategic Credit Analyst Decisioning Tool empowers analysts with comprehensive, easy-to-access data, which facilitates informed decision-making aligned with updated policies and risk mitigation strategies. Meanwhile, the Audit Reporting Tool provides a sharpened view of underlying causes of previous losses, while the Early Delinquent and Early Default Loss Tool provides vital insights into trend analysis for proactive risk intervention.

The Strategic Credit Underwriting and Monitoring Tool Development project, which included the development of these three credit analysis tools, exemplified cross-departmental collaboration towards a shared goal, resulting in improved efficiency, scalability, and data-driven strategies. By significantly reducing credit losses on new originations, this project not only demonstrated a remarkable return on investment but also reinforced our commitment to sound and resilient financial practices, making it a standout achievement in Fiscal Year 2025.
