TICF ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE
LEADERSHIP CHANGES

Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (TICF) announces leadership changes that underscore the company’s commitment to maintaining an unwavering focus on delivering top-notch service and helping their valued dealers, customers, and OEM partners grow.

Mark Taggart will take on an expanded role within the Toyota Industries’ group of companies while still maintaining responsibilities for TICF.  Effective April 1, 2024, Mark will be the Chief Financial Officer for Toyota Material Handling North America while also continuing as Chairman of TICF.

As a result of Mark’s expanded role, John Crews, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer, will become the President of TICF, effective April 1, 2024.

Since joining TICF in 2020, John has been a trusted advisor to me on legal and compliance matters and strategic and operational issues across the TICF enterprise. John is a leader who cares deeply about the associates at TICF, is an exemplary role model of our core values, and skillfully balances what is best for our associates, customers, dealers, and partners in all his decision-making. I am thrilled for TICF as John steps into his new role – TICF is lucky to have him at the helm!”
